复合档案馆模式融传统档案馆成分与数字档案馆成分于一身 ,能实现真正意义上的优势互补与整体功能的放大 ,是档案馆发展的现实选择和未来档案馆的主体模式。复合档案馆建设的关键是资源、技术与服务的有效整合 ,业务机构的重组与人员素质的优化也是势在必行 ;只有继往开来、立足现实、循序渐进地推进复合档案馆建设 ,才能使传统档案馆、数字档案馆以各自的特点、功能、优势共同协调发展 ,引领我国的档案馆事业在新世纪实现新的跨跃式发展。
The composite archives model integrates traditional archives and digital archives into one, which can complement each other in the true sense and amplify the overall functions. It is a realistic choice for archives development and the main mode of archives in the future. The key to the construction of compound archives is the effective integration of resources, technologies and services, and the restructuring of business organizations and the optimization of the quality of personnel are imperative.
