目的:探讨单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变(BDR)与红细胞平均体积(MCV)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血小板平均体积(MPV)、血小板计数(PLT)的关系.方法:采用美国CD-1600型血液分析仪对BDR、II型糖尿病(DM) 对照组共60例,测定MPV、MCV、PLT、RBC.方差分析.结果:对MPV、RBC分析,各组之间无显著的差异性,BDR组的PLT显著低于DM组(P<0.05),BDR组的MCV显著大于DM组.结论:MCV增大,引起红细胞通过微循环阻力增大,导致血流速率减慢、阻滞,以及增大的MCV对血小板的凝集和粘连具有促进作用,从而加重或促进BDR的产生.
Objective: To investigate the relationship between simple diabetic retinopathy (BDR) and mean corpuscular volume (RBC), erythrocyte count (RBC), mean platelet volume (MPV) and platelet count (PLT) Methods: A total of 60 patients with BDR and type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) were enrolled in this study. The MPV, MCV, PLT and RBC were measured by the American CD-1600 blood analyzer. variance analysis. Results: For MPV and RBC analysis, there was no significant difference among groups. PLT in BDR group was significantly lower than that in DM group (P <0.05). MCV in BDR group was significantly higher than that in DM group. CONCLUSIONS: Increased MCV results in increased resistance to erythrocytes passing through the microcirculation, resulting in slower blood flow, retardation, and increased MCV to promote platelet aggregation and adhesion, thereby aggravating or promoting BDR production.
