去年出差采访,一位家电经销商中层管理者接过我的名片说:“哟!《现代家电》,一本好杂志”。近日出差听到这样的赞许越来越多。作为一个办刊的人,得到家电界朋友的肯定当然高兴,但高兴之余又感责任重大,差距不小。 我们的家电界有近十万家工商企业。但是能让企业家、售货员、管理者、营销人员和工程师感到有用的读物其实不多。问题不是出在读者身上,而是了在我们这些办刊人的身上。作为一个过度竞争的行业,我们的家电经销商、制造商有好多问题是需要讨论的。譬如:连锁到底怎么连?卖场有没有更有益的管理方法?人家的售货员是怎么导购的?家电专柜怎么做?代理制有前途吗?国内销售能力最强的家电经销商都有谁?价格战打到何时才是头?空调市场走向如何?我们上ERP能成功吗?应季畅销的新产品有哪些?
Business trip last year, an interview, middle managers of a appliance dealer took over my business card, said: “yo!” Modern appliances, “a good magazine.” Recently I heard such a business trip on the rise more and more. As a runner, certainly get the affirmation of the home appliance sector friends, of course, happy, but also a sense of responsibility, the gap is not small. Our home appliance industry has nearly 100,000 industrial and commercial enterprises. But there are not many books that make sense for entrepreneurs, sales clerks, managers, marketers, and engineers.
