对牧草营养价值的评定,目前国内多限于各种营养成分的分析和测定,但有关牧草消化率的资料很少。为了获得适于我省栽培的优良牧草红豆草、苜蓿、无芒雀麦各种营养成分的消化率及消化能,评定它们的营养价值,我们于1989年5~7月进行了试验。一、材料和方法 1.试验动物选用24只品种相同(杂种),年龄(1.5岁左右)和体重(3.64±4.2公斤)相近的健康去势公绵羊,分作3组。试羊在试验开始之前进行驱虫,并于试验开始与结束时空腹称重。 2.供试牧草红豆草、苜蓿和无芒雀麦系本所试验地和繁殖地牧草,于初花期和抽穗期刈割饲喂。前一天下午准备饲草(用铡刀切断,称重记量,装入塑料袋内,以备第二天饲喂),同时采取分析样品500克,测定初水分。试验结束后,将每天所采饲草分析样品混合,用连续划分法取得饲草平均样品,相继分析饲草各种养分的含量,测定饲
The evaluation of the nutritional value of forage grass is currently limited to the analysis and determination of various nutrients, but there is very little information on forage digestibility.
