随着各项改革深入进行,我国私募基金面临着环境的变化。深入剖析环境变化的影响、及时调整发展方向与战略定位是谋求进一步发展的前提。本文从产权环境、竞争环境、监管环境、信用环境和信息环境五个角度出发,分析了新时期环境变化对私募基金生存与发展的影响,指出我国私募基金未来发展应做好的几方面工作。
With the deepening of various reforms, private equity funds in our country are facing changes in the environment. In-depth analysis of the impact of environmental change, timely adjustment of the development direction and strategic positioning is to seek further development of the premise. This article analyzes the impact of environmental change on the survival and development of private equity funds in the new period from the five aspects of property rights environment, competitive environment, regulatory environment, credit environment and information environment. It points out several aspects that private equity funds should do well in the future.
