本文首先对各种金属的氮化物、氢化物、氧化物的热分解进行探讨,指出氢化物较易分解,而氧化物则只有在C存在的条件下,才可能分解。其次对熔体中各种气体的熔解度及蒸气压进行分析,特别是各种金属元素的影响,指出某些合金元素影响很大。C的存在和CO的析出保证了氧的定量析出,对氮的析出也有良好的影响。最后讨论了熔浴和助熔剂对气体的定量折出的作用。
In this paper, the thermal decomposition of nitrides, hydrides and oxides of various metals is first discussed. It is pointed out that the hydride is more easily decomposed and the oxide is decomposed only in the presence of C. Second, the melting of various gases in the melt and vapor pressure analysis, in particular, the impact of various metal elements, pointed out that some of the alloy elements have a great impact. The presence of C and the precipitation of CO ensure the quantitative precipitation of oxygen and have a good effect on the precipitation of nitrogen. Finally, the effects of melt bath and flux on the quantitative disassembly of gas are discussed.
