根据对从现场采集的卤虫卵在室内用温度、盐度、H_2O_2、甲醛等诱导因子刺激提高孵化率试验所得出的数据,采用回归分析方法进行温度、盐度变化及3%H_2O_2、3%甲醛溶液浸泡与孵化率相关分析,推导出回归方程,并依此绘制出预测趋势线。所推导出的回归方程的相关系数都在0.9以上,为科学合理地开发利用内蒙古西部地区卤虫资源提供了科学依据。
According to the data obtained from the experiments on the hatching rate of Artemia salina collected from the field in laboratory with temperature, salinity, H_2O_2, formaldehyde and other inducing factors to stimulate the hatching rate, the temperature and salinity change and 3% H_2O_2, 3% Formaldehyde solution soaking and hatching rate correlation analysis, derived regression equation, and thus draw the forecast trend line. The correlation coefficient of the regression equation is above 0.9, which provides a scientific basis for the scientific exploitation and utilization of artemia resources in western Inner Mongolia.
