目的 :探讨丹参二萜醌对邻苯三酚自氧化反应产生的氧自由基的作用。方法 :采用邻苯三酚自氧化法 ,在反应体系中加入适量丹参二萜醌类物质 ,于 3 2 0nm下测邻苯三酚自氧化速率的变化。结果 :反应体系中不加样品时 ,邻苯三酚自氧化速率(吸光值 /秒 )为 0 .0 0 15 ;体系中样品浓度达到 0 .12mmol/L时的抑制邻苯三酚自氧化速率分别是 :丹参酮ⅡA为 2 0 .0 %、隐丹参酮为 5 3 .3 %、次甲丹参酮为 40 .0 %。结论 :一定浓度的丹参二萜醌类化合物对邻苯三酚自氧化反应有抑制作用 ,其抑制作用的大小与丹参二萜醌的结构有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge on oxygen free radicals produced by auto-oxidation of pyrogallol. Methods : The pyrophenols were auto-oxidized and the amount of Salviae diterpenoids was added to the reaction system. The rate of auto-oxidation of pyrogallol was measured at 320 nm. Results: When no sample was added in the reaction system, the pyrophenol auto-oxidation rate (absorbance value/sec) was 0. 0 0 15 ; when the sample concentration in the system reached 0.12 mmol/L, the pyrogallol self-oxidation rate was inhibited. The results are: 20% tanshinone IIA, 53.3% cryptotanshinone, and 40.0% secondary tanshinone. Conclusion : The concentration of Salvia miltiorrhizae diterpenoids inhibited the autoxidation of pyrogallol, and the inhibitory effect was related to the structure of Salvia miltiorrhiza.
