目的探讨四黄降糖颗粒(Si-haung Hypoglycemic Granule,SHHG)对逆转2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗的剂量效应关系。方法采用高脂饲料结合链脲佐菌素注射法建立大鼠2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗模型,随机分为4组,模型组、SSHG低剂量、中剂量和高剂量组,灌胃治疗1月,进行口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)、检测空腹血糖(FBG)、血清胰岛素(FIns)、糖化血红蛋白(GHB)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)和C反应蛋白(hs-CRP),计算胰岛素敏感指数(ISI),评价胰岛素抵抗(IR)。结果 SHHG能有效降低FBG、FIns、GHB、FFA和hs-CRP水平而升高ISI(P<0.05),呈剂量依赖性。结论 SHHG能剂量依赖性增加胰岛素抵抗大鼠模型胰岛素敏感性,改善胰岛素抵抗。
Objective To investigate the dose-response relationship of Si-haung Hypoglycemic Granule (SHHG) on reversing insulin resistance in type 2 diabetic rats. Methods High-fat diet combined with streptozotocin injection in rats with type 2 diabetes insulin resistance model was randomly divided into 4 groups, model group, SSHG low dose, middle dose and high dose group, intragastric treatment for January, carried out (OGTT), fasting blood glucose (FBG), fasting insulin (FIns), glycosylated hemoglobin (GHB), free fatty acid (FFA) and C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) were measured by oral glucose tolerance test, insulin sensitivity index (ISI) Evaluate insulin resistance (IR). Results SHHG could effectively reduce the levels of FBG, FIns, GHB, FFA and hs-CRP and increase ISI (P <0.05) in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion SHHG can increase insulin sensitivity and improve insulin resistance in a dose-dependent manner in insulin-resistant rats.
