近20年来,英语教学经历了深刻的变革,教学的中心从教师转向学生。当代教育学界和心理学界已经意识到,教育的根本目标是使学生成为独立、自主、高效的创造者。我国传统教育在很大程度上制约了学生创新精神和实践能力的培养,传统的教育观念和体制缺乏为学生适应生活与未来发展的考虑,使得培养的对象远离了以创新实践能力为特征的创造性活动,影响了民族素质的提高与创新精神的发扬。基于这种现状,我们要全面推进以岗位能力形成为核心的职业实境化培养模式。
In the recent 20 years, English teaching has undergone profound changes, and the teaching center has shifted from teacher to student. Contemporary educational circles and psychologists have realized that the fundamental goal of education is to make students independent, independent and efficient creators.
