变电站包含各种室内外高压电气设备和房屋建筑,它们的抗震能力差异较大,因此地震发生后,变电站经济损失快速评估并不容易。将变电站资产分为室外高压电气设备、室内设备、房屋建筑3类设施,根据汶川地震中变电站的经济损失和资产调查资料,统计了3类设施在不同地震烈度下的损失比和35k V、110k V和220k V变电站3类资产的比例构成,据此给出了:(1)有变电站各类资产信息、(2)仅有总资产信息、(3)无任何资产信息3种情况的地震经济损失评估方法。试算结果表明,评估方法快速简单,具有较强的可操作性。所提评估方法为震后电力设施地震应急、损失估计和恢复重建提供参考。
Substation contains a variety of indoor and outdoor high-voltage electrical equipment and building construction, their seismic capacity varies greatly, so after the earthquake, the rapid assessment of substation economic loss is not easy. According to the economic losses and assets investigation data of substations in Wenchuan Earthquake, the loss ratios of three kinds of facilities under different seismic intensity are calculated and the loss ratio of 35k V, 110k V, and 220k V substations, the results show that: (1) there is information about all kinds of assets in the substation, (2) only the total assets information, (3) the earthquake economy without any asset information Loss assessment method. The trial results show that the evaluation method is fast and simple, and has strong operability. The proposed assessment method provides reference for earthquake emergency, loss estimation and restoration and reconstruction of post-earthquake power facilities.
