测定了１４０例恶性肿瘤患者血清癌胚抗原（ＣＥＡ）值和可溶性白细胞介素２受体（ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ）水平。结果表明：恶性肿瘤患者ＣＥＡ值和ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平均明显高于正常人（Ｐ＜０．００１）。提示：检测血清中ＣＥＡ值和ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平，对恶性肿瘤的辅助诊断具有重要的价值。
The levels of serum carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL-2R) were measured in 140 patients with malignant tumors. The results showed that the CEA and sIL-2R levels in malignant tumors were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P<0.001). Tip: The detection of serum CEA and sIL-2R levels is of great value in the diagnosis of malignant tumors.
