在中国的IT发展史上,软件大约算是最为失败的产业。现在的大腕级IT企业,几乎都是从搞软件起家,却都没有在软件产品上发迹,这是为什么呢?人们在反思,政府部门也在研究。从DOS版的WPS开始,金山在软件这一行已经奋斗了十几年。恒基伟业推出“商务通”才一两年。但是,笔者接触到的人士多数都购买了“商务通”、却很少有人买WPS2000。这又说明了什么? 1999年以来国内民营企业,特别是高科技企业最热闹的一件事便是“二板市场”。如同往年流行的“资本经营”、“企业重组”、“买壳上市”一样,大约会有一两年的高调,然后便偃旗息鼓刀枪入库了。 一向审慎低调的中国民营高科技企业,何以尚未认真“相亲”之时,便一反矜态地投怀送抱呢,窃以为除了上市融资的商业需求外,不免迂回地表达了几个特定的情结。
