目的:通过分析40例牙髓室底或者根管侧壁出现意外穿孔的治疗,探索最佳的治疗方案。方法:对本院收治的40例牙髓室底或者根管侧壁意外穿孔的患牙采取不同的治疗方法,观察对比不同方法的治疗效果。结果:40例牙髓室底与根管侧壁意外穿孔的患牙中,共有28例完全治愈,总有效率为70%。而在各种治疗方案中,下磨牙区的总有效率最高,达到了87.5%。结论:意外穿孔是临床工作中应当尽量避免的,但是一旦出现这种情况,医生应当根据实际情况,积极采取补救措施以最大程度的保护患牙,尽量避免患牙被拔除。
Objective: To explore the best treatment plan by analyzing the treatment of accidental perforation in 40 cases of pulp chamber or root canal. Methods: 40 cases of dental pulp chamber admitted to our hospital or accidental perforation of the root canal wall to take different teeth treatment, the observation and comparison of different methods of treatment. Results: Of the 40 cases with accidental perforation of the pulp chamber floor and the lateral wall of the root canal, a total of 28 cases were completely cured, with a total effective rate of 70%. In various treatment programs, the total effective rate of the lower molar area reached the highest, reaching 87.5%. CONCLUSIONS: Accidental perforation should be avoided as much as possible in clinical practice. However, once this happens, the doctor should take active remedial measures according to the actual situation so as to protect the tooth to the maximum extent and avoid the tooth being removed as much as possible.
