一、以高新技术产业为代表的技术密集型产业已成为一国竞争力的主要象征。 一国的综合国力直接关系到国家安全与对外关系,经济竞争的实质是各国科学技术的竞争,谁掌握了高新技术,谁就掌握了国际竞争的主动权。
First, technology-intensive industries represented by high-tech industries have become the major symbol of the competitiveness of a country. The comprehensive national strength of a country is directly related to national security and foreign relations. The essence of economic competition is the competition among science and technology in various countries. Whoever holds high and new technologies grasps the initiative of international competition.
