From September 18 to 20, 2000, an international scientific practice seminar entitled “Development Prospects of Civil Aviation and Training of Senior Professional and Technical Talents” was held in Almaty. Representatives from more than 20 countries in Europe and Asia and Canada, Australia and New Zealand discussed some realistic issues in civil aviation and their development pathways.
