做好教学设计能够为更加有效的提升教学质量。在小学数学教学中,教师首先要做好教学设计工作,然后在课堂教学过程中实施这些设计,根据学生的反应和实际教学情况再及时的调整教学过程中可能出现的问题。这是现代小学数学教学质量的保证。而通过观察目前的小学数学教学工作中的教学设计我们可以发现,目前小学数学的教学设计的质量还存在有一些问题,提升教师的教学设计的质量势在必行。笔者认为提升数学设计的质量需要以提升教师的自身能力出发,同时学校也需要及时的调整教学方式,提升教学管理质量。针对教师本身可能出现的问题学校也应该给教师提供及时的帮助,做好相关的培训工作,提升教师的能力。
Good teaching design can improve teaching quality more effectively. In primary school mathematics teaching, teachers should do a good job in teaching design work first, and then implement these designs in the classroom teaching process, and then adjust the problems that may occur in the teaching process according to the students’ reaction and the actual teaching situation. This is the guarantee of modern primary school mathematics teaching quality. However, by observing the current teaching design of primary mathematics teaching, we can find that there are some problems in the quality of primary mathematics teaching design. It is imperative to improve the quality of teachers’ teaching design. The author believes that to improve the quality of mathematical design needs to improve teachers’ own ability to start, and at the same time, schools also need timely adjustment of teaching methods to improve the quality of teaching management. In view of the problems that teachers may have themselves, schools should also provide timely help to teachers, do a good job in related training and enhance teachers’ abilities.
