近几年,企业不断进行现代学徒制的探索和实践,并创造了丰富的经验。为了进一步推进企业现代学徒制的发展,我们走进企业,从宏观的角度,来观察现代学徒制度的发展规律,探讨现代学徒制的发展。中原油田师带徒重在规范1.师徒分类具体做法:先对员工现状进行分析,对学徒进行分类,按学徒类型不同,设定不同的学徒目标。共分三种学徒类型:第一种是新员工、转岗员工的学徒培训;第二种是职业资格等级学徒培训;第三种是职业生涯发展员工的学徒培训。2.学徒运作程序流程(1)制定学徒计划。每年年底,企业组织各单位对员工进行分析,确定学徒对象类型,制定学徒计划。并按照“以老带新”、“以高带低”、“以优带差”的原则,自愿结对学徒。(2)签订师徒协议。具体内容包括学习内容、时间安排、师徒双方的职责和义务等。(3)学徒管理。公司成立
