本文主要研究药学技术人员继续教育效果评估方法,引入培训效果评估模型,设计培训效果评估流程图,探析继续教育效果评估方法,并作了实证研究。首先,介绍了“柯氏模型”、“模糊数学模型”的基本思想和原理,随后根据两个模型的特点并结合实际建立了药学技术人员继续教育评估指标体系,将继续教育的效果评估指标分为四部分(一级指标),在这4个一级指标下面,又设立了14个二级指标和29个三级指标,并从单个培训班培训效果、某一时间周期内总体培训效果几方面进行了实证研究。
