近年来,心导管(Swan-Ganz管)不仅成为心血管病的重要检查与诊断方法之一,而且在危重病人监护中的应用日益增多。在妊娠合并严重心脏病终止妊娠时使用心导管进行血液动力学检查,监测心脏功能,指导治疗,国内尚未见报道,现将我院1985年的3个病例摘要报告2例如下。[例1] 38岁,孕4产3,妊娠5个月于1985年2月4日入院。患心脏病23年,无心衰史,现有心悸、咳嗽,唇发紫、下肢浮肿,要求终止妊娠。检查:唇轻度紫
In recent years, cardiac catheterization (Swan-Ganz tube) not only become one of the important examination and diagnosis of cardiovascular disease, but also increasingly used in the monitoring of critically ill patients. In pregnancy with severe heart disease termination of pregnancy using cardiac catheterization for hemodynamic examination, monitoring of cardiac function, guiding treatment, has not been reported in China, now our hospital three cases of 1985 summary report of 2 cases as follows.
