Objective To understand the prevalence of HIV infection among key populations in Renhe District, Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province, and to determine the prevalence of HIV in Renhe District. Methods A total of 1877 cases of entertainment workers, detoxification, reeducation-through-labor and voluntary testing staff were sampled for sampling. Samples were screened by ELISA and twice or more were sent to Sichuan Center for Disease Control and Prevention for immunoblotting (Weston Blot) diagnosis, data using SPSS13.0 statistical analysis. Results The overall detection rate of HIV antibody in each population was 5.69%. The detection rate of HIV antibody in intravenous drug users was 12.56% (102/822), accounting for 95.33% of the total, and the detection rate of prostitutes and prostitutes was 1.49% 4/268), police detection rate was 0.87% (1/115), and no other people were detected. In all categories of people, drug addicts, reeducation-through-labor camps, reeducation-through-labor camps, voluntary testing personnel and comprehensive monitoring staff The rates were 13.84%, 6.08%, 5.95% and 3.60%, respectively, while the entertainment industry practitioners did not detect HIV antibody. Hierarchical analysis using intravenous drug abuse as a stratification factor showed that there were significant differences among different age groups (χ2 = 8.883, P <0.05), and the detection rate in the lower age group was higher than that in the upper age group. Conclusions HIV / AIDS prevalence is grim in Renhe District of Panzhihua City. Intravenous drug abuse is still the most important route of transmission of HIV.
