目的:通过去甲乌药碱与多巴酚丁胺的比较,探讨去甲乌药碱可否作为一种心脏负荷药物。方法:选用6条犬,分别以不同剂量静脉滴注去甲乌药碱和多巴酚丁胺,测定心率、血压、心输出量、心肌耗氧量和冠状动脉血流量等各项指标以及用核素心室显像测定左心室射血分数的变化。结果:去甲乌药碱和多巴酚丁胺均可加快心率,增加心输出量、心肌耗氧量和冠状动脉血流量,并呈剂量依赖性。另外,去甲乌药碱对收缩压影响不大,舒张压呈下降趋势。结论:初步的动物结果表明,去甲乌药碱可望成为一种新型的心脏负荷药。
OBJECTIVE: To compare whether norcantharidoid can be used as a heart-load drug by comparing it to dobutamine. Methods: Six dogs were used to instil amelobil and dobutamine respectively at different dosages. The indexes of heart rate, blood pressure, cardiac output, myocardial oxygen consumption and coronary blood flow were measured. Changes of left ventricular ejection fraction in radionuclide ventriculography. Results: Both noradrenaline and dobutamine accelerated heart rate, increased cardiac output, myocardial oxygen consumption and coronary blood flow in a dose-dependent manner. In addition, to a small effect of arsenic on systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure showed a downward trend. CONCLUSIONS: The preliminary animal results show that desmethoxam is expected to become a new type of cardiac load drug.
