目的对早年从事医用诊断X射线工作者作生物剂量估算。方法用4和7号全染色体探针的荧光原位杂交分析染色体的结构性重排。结果医用诊断X射线组与对照组相比易位率明显增高,用易位率可以推算出医用诊断X射线工作者的生物剂量,与用G带方法所得易位率基本一致。结论首次用荧光原位杂交技术,对没有或基本没有剂量记载的医用诊断X射线工作者的生物剂量作了估算
Objective To estimate the biological dose of medical diagnostic X-ray workers in their early years. Methods Structural rearrangements of chromosomes were analyzed by fluorescence in situ hybridization of 4 and 7 whole chromosome probes. Results The translocation rate of medical diagnostic X-ray group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The translocation rate could be used to estimate the biological dose of medical diagnostic X-ray workers, which was basically the same as that of the G-band method. Conclusions For the first time, the biological dosimetry of medical diagnostic X-ray workers with no or substantially no dose is estimated using fluorescence in situ hybridization
