医院经济管理是一个复杂的系统工程,既有物的管理,也有人的管理,管理的目的就是有效地组织医疗活动,合理地配置医院的各种资源,达到低投入、高产出的效果。医院管理工作是做好各项工作的基础,管理工作的好坏不仅关系到管理水平的高低和经济效益的大小,而且关系到医院发展的快慢,同时也关系到医院的存亡。办企业讲效益,办医院也要讲效益,讲效益必须抓管理。但是,就在医院管理上,许多医院存在着不少问题,这些问题不解决,必然导致医院经营萎缩,严重地制约着医院的生存和发展。笔者认为主要存在3个方面的问题。

The purpose of management is to effectively organize medical activities and rationally allocate various resources of the hospital to achieve low input and high output. Hospital management is the basis for doing a good job of all kinds of work. The quality of management work not only relates to the level of management and the size of economic benefits, but also relates to the speed of hospital development, but also relates to the survival of the hospital. To run a business to be profitable, it is also necessary to talk about the benefits of running a hospital. However, in hospital management, many hospitals have many problems. If these problems are not solved, it will inevitably lead to the shrinking of hospital operations, which will seriously restrict the survival and development of the hospital. The author believes there are three main problems.
