目的了解肇庆市城区食品从业人员卫生知识水平,为有效开展卫生知识培训提供依据。方法于2008年随机抽取肇庆市城区食品从业人员进行卫生知识水平调查,采用统一的“食品从业人员考核试卷”对调查对象进行考核,考核成绩按>80、60~80、<60分分为好、中、差3个等级。结果共调查1060名食品从业人员,其卫生知识考核成绩好、中、差所占比例分别为34.2%、43.6%和22.2%;不同年龄、不同文化程度者以及参加培训次数不同者,其卫生知识考核成绩差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论该区食品从业人员卫生知识水平偏低,应针对不同年龄、不同文化程度者采取多种形式的卫生知识培训。
Objective To understand the hygiene knowledge of food workers in Zhaoqing City and provide the basis for effective health knowledge training. Methods In 2008, the employees of food industry in Zhaoqing city were randomly selected to carry out a survey of health knowledge level, and the uniform “Food Practitioners Examination Paper” was used to test the respondents. Results A total of 1060 food practitioners were surveyed and their health knowledge assessment scores were good with the difference of 34.2%, 43.6% and 22.2%, respectively. Conclusion The level of hygienic knowledge of food practitioners in this area is low.
