目的探索中药对周围神经再生的影响。方法20只成年SD大鼠随机均分成实验组和对照组,切除所有动物双侧坐骨神经中段的一部分,用硅胶管桥接神经两断端,神经断端间距为6mm。术后实验组动物连续灌服补阳还五汤四周,对照组动物常规饲养。结果术后4周、16周,实验组再生神经冲动传导潜速率明显比对照组快(P<0.01),同期再生神经内血管面积实验组明显大于对照组,相差有高度显著性(P<0.01);实验组再生轴突内有较多的线粒体。结论补阳还五汤通过改善再生神经血液循环、调节能量代谢,可促进周围神经再生,有临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of Chinese medicine on peripheral nerve regeneration. Methods Twenty adult Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. All animals were excised from the middle part of the bilateral sciatic nerve and the two ends of the nerve were bridged by silicone tube. The distance between the nerve endings was 6 mm. After the operation, the animals in the experimental group were continuously fed with Bu Yang Huan Wu Tang for four weeks. The animals in the control group were fed conventionally. Results At 4 and 16 weeks after operation, the latent rate of regenerated neural impulses in the experimental group was significantly faster than that in the control group (P<0.01). At the same time, the experimental group of regenerated nerve blood vessels was significantly larger in the experimental group than in the control group, and the difference was highly significant (P). <0.01); There were more mitochondria in the regenerating axons of the experimental group. Conclusion Buyang Huanwu Decoction can promote the regeneration of peripheral nerves by improving regenerative blood circulation, regulating energy metabolism, and has clinical application value.
