本文在三类知识价值链企业模型的基础上,对知识价值链企业、知识工作者和知识过程之间的关系进行了深入研究,并通过假设检验得到了如下的结论:在三类知识价值链企业里,支持型知识价值链企业的知识工作者的工作偏重于知识获取,并行型知识价值链企业的知识工作者的工作偏重于知识创新,独立型知识价值链企业的知识工作者的工作偏重于知识共享,而这三类企业的知识工作者在知识应用上没有显著性差别。
On the basis of three types of knowledge value chain enterprise model, this paper deeply studies the relationship between knowledge value chain enterprises, knowledge workers and knowledge process, and obtains the following conclusions through hypothesis test: In the three types of knowledge value chain In enterprises, knowledge workers in enterprises supporting the knowledge value chain are more focused on knowledge acquisition. Knowledge workers in parallel knowledge-based value chains tend to focus on knowledge innovation. Knowledge workers in independent knowledge value chain enterprises are over-emphasized In knowledge sharing, knowledge workers in these three types of enterprises did not have significant difference in knowledge application.
