加入 WTO,是我国进一步对外开放的伟大决策,也是发展社会主义市场经济的必然选择。加入 WTO不仅对我国经济发展和市场经济法制建设产生重大影响,而且使我国司法制度和法院审判工作面临新的挑战。一、入世对人民法院工作的影响和冲击加入 WTO,人民法院审判工作将出现许多前所未有的新问题、新困难,具体表现在:
Joining the WTO is a great policy for our country to further open to the outside world and an inevitable choice for developing a socialist market economy. The accession to the WTO not only has a significant impact on the economic development of our country and the building of a legal system for the market economy, but also faces new challenges to our judicial system and to the trial of the courts. I.
