立筒仓内衬玻璃钢气密技术的研究与应用,是以立简仓内衬气密性较高的玻璃钢为主的材料。是针对已建成的钢砼、砖混,砖结构的立筒仓,这些立筒仓建筑材料都为透气性材料。因而对环流薰蒸防治储粮害虫、灭疫、气控,双低、抑制霉菌繁殖等储粮安全措施均不能在仓内进行。一但出现粮情需要出仓码垛处理,时间长,费用高、效率低。天津市粮食局下达的技术指标要求达到(PT)法5分钟。通过模拟筛选采用“三脂二布”工艺,使立筒仓内部、顶部形成一个整体,约2毫米的玻璃钢层,达到压力半衰期980帕25分48秒,经用户一年的使用杀虫、灭疫效果达到100%。操作方便,满足了用户的要求。
