2004年度,河南省郑州军分区全区共订阅《中国民兵》2200余份,与2003年度相比订刊数翻了一番,很好地发挥了刊授教育的作用。往年那种上级压、指标限的现象如今在这个军分区消失得无影无踪,取而代之的是各单位、民兵营(连)和个人争相订阅《中国民兵》的踊跃场面,为落实全年民兵、预备役人员的刊授教育打下了坚实的基础,受到上级的好评。成绩的取得使大家由衷地感到,是刊授教育的实效促进了订刊的热情。
In 2004, a total of over 2,200 “Chinese militias” were subscribed to the entire district of Zhengzhou Military Region in Henan Province, doubling the number of bookings compared with that of 2003, and played a good role in publishing education. In the past years, the phenomena of pressure from the higher authorities and targets were now disappearing in this military subregion. Instead, all units, militia battalions and even individuals volunteered to subscribe to the active “Chinese militia” scene. In order to implement the annual Militia, reservists published education has laid a solid foundation, subject to superiors. Achievements so that everyone sincerely feel that the effectiveness of the publication of education to promote the enthusiasm of the editorial.
