本文以不同剂量的醒脑注射液分别处理不同实验组大鼠和狗 ,连续给药 2 0天 ,在用药前和用药后的不同时间对各剂量组动物的血丙氨酸氨基转移酶 (ALT)和尿素氮 (BUN)进行测定 ,以研究该药对此类指标产生的影响。结果表明 ,在各不同时间里 ,各剂量组的大鼠和狗的 AL T和 BUN含量均与对照组无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5)。在实验后对各组部分大鼠的肝、肾等内脏进行病理切片检验 ,亦未发现异常 ,表明该病对动物肝、肾无明显毒副作用
In this study, different doses of Xingnao injection were used to treat rats and dogs in different experimental groups. Continuous administration was conducted for 20 days. Blood alanine aminotransferases (ALTs) of animals in each dose group were administered before and at different times after treatment. ) and urea nitrogen (BUN) were measured to study the effect of the drug on such indicators. The results showed that there were no significant differences in AL T and BUN levels between rats and dogs in each dose group (P>0.05). After the experiment, liver, kidney and other internal organs of each group of rats were examined by pathological section. No abnormality was found, indicating that the disease had no obvious side effects on the liver and kidneys of animals.
