构建长江经济带工业生态技术创新效率评价指标体系,利用2002—2013年长江经济带相关面板数据,通过建立改进型超效率DEA模型及Malmquist指数分析方法,对长江经济带11省份工业生态技术创新效率进行分析,以期为提高沿带省份生态技术创新效率,转变经济发展方式,提升国际竞争力提供参考依据。分析结果表明:长江经济带工业生态技术创新效率呈现明显的地域性差异;其工业生态技术创新效率基本由技术进步带来,整体技术效率呈现下降趋势;且并没有形成工业生态技术创新规模效率,而纯技术效率有一定程度上升。
Constructing an index system for evaluating the efficiency of industrial eco-technological innovation in the Yangtze River economic belt, using the panel data of the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2002 to 2013, through the establishment of improved super-efficiency DEA model and Malmquist index analysis method, the eco-technological innovation efficiency of 11 provinces in the Yangtze River economic belt It is hoped that the paper will provide a reference for improving eco-technological innovation efficiency along provinces, transforming economic development mode and enhancing international competitiveness.
