目的分析我院门诊处方质量,促进临床合理用药。方法随机抽取我院2011年10月1～15日门诊9339张处方,对其用药情况进行分析。结果合格处方8183张(87.62%),不合格处方1156张(12.38%)。不合格处方中,处方前记错误率为12.80%,正文错误率为87.20%。结论我院处方质量有待进一步提高。医师应强化合理用药概念,药师应加强审核处方能力,以保证用药安全。
Objective To analyze the quality of outpatient prescription in our hospital and promote the rational use of clinical medicine. Methods A total of 9339 prescriptions in our hospital from October 1 to October 15, 2011 were randomly selected for analysis. Results 8,183 qualified patients (87.62%), 1156 unqualified prescriptions (12.38%). Unqualified prescription, pre-prescription error rate was 12.80%, the body error rate was 87.20%. Conclusion The quality of prescription in our hospital needs to be further improved. Physicians should strengthen the concept of rational drug use, pharmacists should strengthen the ability to review and prescription to ensure drug safety.
