目前,学校部门立卷工作还存在着许多问题,比如,人们的档案意识淡薄,兼职档案人员的工作积极性不高,业务素质和敬业精神有所欠缺,归档材料的齐全完整性没有保证,等等。这些都严重影响了高校档案工作的开展。笔者认为必须采取措施,抓好部门立卷工作,从而提高高校档案工作水平。 1.搞好档案的宣传工作,提高全校师生员工的档案意识。高校是讲授知识的重要场所,其人员素质相对较高,只要做好了充分的宣传,使全校师生员工都了解了档案工作的重要性,他们就一定会支持学校努力做好这项工作。对档案的宣传,可以通过以下几条途径:①利用学校的宣传栏,定期举办橱窗展览;②组织全校师生观看宣传档案工作的有关录像;
