对磨料流加工存在的壁面滑动现象进行了研究 .研究结果表明 :磨料平均速度存在着临界值 ,在高于平均速度时存在壁面滑动现象 .同时壁滑速度随磨料平均速度增加而增大 .磨料粘度升高 ,会使临界值平均速度减小 ,而壁滑速度增加的程度却增大 .存在壁滑是实现磨料流加工的前提条件 .磨料载体内加入润滑剂有利于产生壁滑 ,但过分的润滑会降低磨料游流的加工效果 ,因此 ,对某一加工条件 ,润滑剂的含量应有一最优值 .
