[目的]探讨乌斯他丁对体外培养的乳腺癌细胞MCF-7(雌激素受体阳性)、MDA-MB-231(雌激素受体阴性)MMP-9(基质金属蛋白酶)的表达及增殖侵袭的影响。[方法]将体外培养的乳腺癌细胞MCF-7和MDA-MB-231分别分为4组:对照组、UTI高、中、低剂量组,分别用相应药物处理。分别检测两种细胞的增殖能力、浸袭能力、MMP-9基因的表达。[结果]乌斯他丁明显抑制MCF-7和MDA-MB-231细胞的增殖侵袭能力,并能使两种细胞中MMP-9基因的转录水平下降。[结论]乌斯他丁能抑制乳腺癌细胞的增殖、侵袭作用,并能降低两种细胞MMP-9基因的表达。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of ulinastatin on the expression and proliferation of MCF-7 (estrogen receptor positive) and MDA-MB-231 (estrogen receptor negative) MMP-9 (matrix metalloproteinase) Impact of invasion. [Methods] The breast cancer cells MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cultured in vitro were divided into 4 groups: control group, UTI high, medium and low dose groups, respectively treated with the corresponding drugs. Proliferation, soaking ability and MMP-9 gene expression of the two kinds of cells were detected respectively. [Results] Ustatin significantly inhibited the proliferation and invasion of MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cells and decreased the transcription of MMP-9 in both cells. [Conclusion] Ustatin can inhibit the proliferation and invasion of breast cancer cells and decrease the expression of MMP-9 in both cells.
