前 言 ZL208合金属于Al—Cu—Ni系,相当于在西方军用和民用发动机上已大量应用的RR350合金。该合金与我国自行研制的ZL206合金同属具有良好综合性能的高强耐热铸造铝合金。前者以Ni为主要热强元素,后者则主要是我国富有的混合稀土。两种合金的高温性能水平相当,300℃100小时的持久破断应力都高达98。1MPa,但ZL208合金的室温抗拉强度比ZL206合金低,为294.2MPa左右。
Preface ZL208 alloy belongs to Al-Cu-Ni series, which is equivalent to RR350 alloy that has been widely used in western military and civilian engines. The alloy developed by our own ZL206 alloy belong to the same high-strength heat-resistant cast aluminum alloy with good overall performance. The former with Ni as the main hot element, the latter is mainly rich in rare earth mixed. The high temperature performance of the two alloys is equivalent, and the long-term breaking stress at 300 ° C for 100 hours is as high as 98.1 MPa. However, the tensile strength at room temperature of ZL208 alloy is lower than that of ZL206 alloy by about 294.2 MPa.
