应用圆二色光谱研究了不同N/P时阳离子基因载体聚酰胺和DNA的相互作用。结果表明,不同N/P时阳离子基因载体对DNA的二级结构影响程度不同,阳离子聚合物的量越多,和DNA之间的相互作用越强。结果对进一步研究阳离子基因载体运输治疗基因的作用机理具有参考价值。
Circular dichroism spectroscopy was used to study the interaction between polyamide and DNA at different N / P cation gene carriers. The results showed that different levels of N / P cationic gene carrier on DNA secondary structure of different degrees, the amount of cationic polymer, the stronger the interaction between the DNA. The results provide reference value for the further study of the mechanism of action of gene delivery vectors.
