目的探讨血浆脑钠肽(BNP)在动脉导管未闭介入治疗前后的变化及其临床意义。方法1999年7月至2006年6月以96例在山东大学齐鲁医院成功接受介入治疗动脉导管未闭患儿为试验组,分别在术前、术后第2天和术后6个月采用ELISA法测定血浆BNP水平。对照组为87例健康儿童。结果对照组和动脉导管未闭组术前测定的血浆BNP结果差异有统计学意义[(5.82±3.26)vs(38.50±30.27)ng/L,P<0.05];术前和术后第2天比较两组之间差异无统计学意义[(38.50±30.27)vs(33.47±19.26)ng/L,P>0.05];术后第2天和术后6个月比较两组之间差异有统计学意义[(33.47±19.26)vs(6.36±3.43)ng/L,P<0.05]。对照组和术后6个月比较两组之间差异无统计学意义[(5.82±3.26)vs(6.36±3.43)ng/L,P>0.05]。结论动脉导管未闭患儿存在BNP分泌的增加,可能为左心室容量负荷增加和功能异常所致,术后恢复正常通常需6个月时间。
Objective To investigate the changes of plasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) before and after the treatment of patent ductus arteriosus and its clinical significance. Methods From July 1999 to June 2006, 96 children with patent ductus arteriosus who underwent PCI in Qilu Hospital of Shandong University were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into two groups: experimental group (before operation, on the second day after operation and after 6 months) Determination of plasma BNP levels. Conclusions The presence of increased BNP secretion in children with patent ductus arteriosus may be due to an increase in left ventricular volume load and functional abnormalities. It usually takes 6 months after the patient returns to normal.
