当今课程改革提出了加强对学生情感、态度和价值观方面的培养目标,在学科教学过程中,提高学生的健康意识、心理素质,解决学生的心理问题,把心理健康教育渗透其中才能更好地帮助学生化解学习心理困扰,调节和优化他们的学习心理状态,从而促使他们有效地投入到学习活动之中。因此在学科教学中渗透心理健康教育就成了进行心理健康教育各种方式中常用而且更为可行的一条途径。下面笔者结合自己所教学科,谈谈在初中物理学科教学中渗透心理健康教育的一些认识和体会:
Nowadays, the curriculum reform puts forward the goal of strengthening students ’emotion, attitude and values. In the course of subject teaching, improving students’ health awareness and psychological quality, solving the psychological problems of students and penetrating mental health education can help them better. Students resolve psychological distress, regulate and optimize their mental state of learning, thereby enabling them to effectively put into learning activities. Therefore, infiltration of mental health education in subject teaching has become a common and more feasible way to carry out mental health education. The following combination of their own teaching subjects, talk about physics teaching in junior high school physics education to penetrate some understanding and experience:
