提出了一种不经预浓缩和分离直接测定钨中钼的ICP—AES方法。ICP发射光谱具有线性范围宽与干扰较少的特点,很适用于难熔金属的测定。当Mo的含量为0.01%时,本方法的分析精度为2.9%。
A direct ICP-AES method for the determination of molybdenum in tungsten without preconcentration and separation was proposed. ICP emission spectra with a wide linear range and less interference characteristics, it is suitable for the determination of refractory metals. When the content of Mo is 0.01%, the analytical accuracy of this method is 2.9%.
