目的及时发现龙岩市霍乱疫情,掌握外环境和食品中霍乱弧菌污染情况,为高效处置疫情和制定防控策略提供依据。方法在霍乱高发季节检索腹泻病门诊就诊病例,开展水体及相关食品污染监测。结果龙岩市2011—2015年共检索腹泻病例粪便标本2 028份,检测海(水)产品及其它食品1 498份,未检出霍乱弧菌;检测城市及周边水体、水产品养殖水体共970份,检出4株01群稻叶型非产毒霍乱弧菌。结论龙岩市外环境水体存在霍乱弧菌污染,加强监测是做好疫情态势评估、及时发现处置疫情的重要手段,应制定切实可行的方案做好霍乱防控。
Objective To find out the epidemic of cholera in Longyan City in time and to master the contamination of Vibrio cholerae in the external environment and foodstuffs, so as to provide the basis for efficient treatment of epidemic situation and formulation of prevention and control strategies. Methods In the season of high cholera epidemic, we searched outpatient visits of diarrhea outpatients and carried out water body and related food contamination monitoring. Results A total of 2 028 cases of diarrhea stool samples were retrieved from Longyan in 2011-2015. A total of 1 498 samples of sea water and other foods were detected. Vibrio cholera was not detected. A total of 970 samples were collected from aquaculture water bodies in cities and surrounding areas. Four strains of 01 non-toxigenic V. cholerae were detected. Conclusion Vibrio cholerae contamination exists in the external environment water in Longyan City. Strengthening monitoring is an important means to assess the situation of epidemic situation and find out the epidemic situation in time. Practical measures should be worked out to prevent and control cholera.
