混合结构是在复杂情境下由层级结构与网络结构混合而成的、具有复杂性特征的组织结构,分为网络化的层级结构与层级化的网络结构两种基本形式;混合结构的设计应遵循权威配置与权力配置相结合、个体专业化与联合专业化相结合、控制机制与协调机制相结合、正式规则与非正式规则相结合等原则;混合结构适用于环境、战略、技术和文化等情境因素具有复杂性的、大企业与小企业相混合的组织.“,”The hybrid structure(HS)is an organizational structure characterized by complexity, which is a mixture of hierarchy and network structures in a complex context, and can be divided into two basic forms, namely the networked hierarchical structure and hierarchical network structure; the design of the HS ought to follow the principles of the combination of authority and power allocations, of individual and joint specializations, of control and coordination mechanisms, and of formal and informal rules; it's appropriate for designing the HS in the organization which is a big-company/small-company hybrid, and whose context factors are complex in terms of environment, strategy, technology, culture and so on.
