中华按蚊是我国疟疾、丝虫、乙型脑炎等病的重要媒介。建立中华按蚊细胞系不仅为上述疾病病原研究(如疟原虫蚊期培养)提供实验条件,同时对于中华按蚊的生理、生化以及细胞遗传工程理论研究亦是良好的实验材料。目前国际上已经建立的不同种类按蚊细胞系有6株,但尚无中华按蚊细胞系的报告。 我们于1984年6月从中华按蚊初孵幼虫组织碎片培养中,建立了一株中华按蚊细胞系,命名为AHS-684,现已传54代,历时一年三个月。
Anopheles sinensis is an important medium in China for malaria, filariasis and Japanese encephalitis. The establishment of Chinese Anopheles sinensis cell line not only provides the experimental conditions for the study of the pathogen of the disease mentioned above (such as the culture of mosquito in the mosquito stage), but also is a good experimental material for the theoretical study of the physiology, biochemistry and cytogenetics of Anopheles sinensis. Currently there are 6 different types of Anopheles cell lines established in the world, but there is no report of An. Sinensis cell line. In June 1984, we established an Anopheles sinensis cell line named AHS-684 from the fragment culture of newly hatched larvae of Anopheles sinensis, and now we have passed 54 passages for one year and three months.
