机夹式重磨车刀集中了焊接刀的重磨性和机夹式的可调性的优点,刀片磨损后重磨并利用定位块进行调整,其结构如图所示。刀片4用压板5固定在刀体2上,如果刀片重磨后可用定位块1来调整刀片4的位置.使刀片得到充分利用。刀头上的切削角度在刀体上安装出来,断屑方式采用压板强力断屑。
Machine-type re-grinding the knife focused on the reworking of the welding knife and the clip-type adjustable, the blade wear and then resize and use the positioning block to adjust the structure as shown. The blade 4 is fixed on the blade body 2 by the pressing plate 5. If the blade is reground, the position of the blade 4 can be adjusted by the positioning block 1. The blade is fully utilized. The cutting angle on the cutter head is mounted on the cutter body, and the chip breaking method adopts the strong breaking force of the pressing plate.
