我院眼科自1995年11月份至1996年12月份,开展了用电磁吸铁器治疗37例角膜深层磁性异物均获得成功。37例患者中,男28例,女9例,其中年龄最大49岁,最小5岁,平均27岁。异物均为磁性异物,且全部位于角膜基质层内。其中24例异物垂直嵌在角膜基质层内,11例异物斜形嵌顿在角膜基质层,2例异物前端已位于前房内。37例中,伤后2小时内就诊者9例,24小时内就诊者20例,72小时以后就诊者8例。伤后就诊时间最长达7天。治疗方法:1%地卡因点眼麻醉后,1%庆大霉素溶液冲洗结膜囊。其后将患眼置于裂隙灯显微镜下,找到角膜创面及创口渗出物,并轻轻扩张创口直达异物表面(注意不要将异物推向深处)。然后,将电磁吸铁器的磁头经碘附清毒后,将其置于创口表面,间断性脚踏电源开关,每次持续2~3秒,此时可见异物逐渐向角膜
Ophthalmology in our hospital from November 1995 to December 1996, carried out the use of electromagnet magnetite treatment of 37 cases of corneal deep magnetic foreign body success. The affected eye was placed under a slit lamp microscope, the corneal wound and wound exudate were found, and the wound was gently expanded to the surface of the foreign body (be careful not to push the foreign body deep). Then, the magnetic head of the magnet magnet by iodine detoxification, it will be placed on the wound surface, intermittent pedal power switch, each lasting 2 to 3 seconds, then see the foreign body gradually to the cornea
