电磁脉冲辐射对小鼠妊娠和子代的影响

6~ 8周龄二级雌性昆明小鼠受孕后 6~ 8天接受 6× 1 0 4V/m电磁脉冲 5次重复全身照射或照射后 1 4天内、1 5~ 2 8天受孕 ,在受孕后第 1 8天活杀 ,用足孕期畸形学指标进行分析 ,以探讨电磁脉冲辐射对小鼠妊娠和子代的影响。结果显示 ,电磁脉冲照射后雌鼠体重增加值、大多数脏器重量、脏器 /体重比值均无明显改变 ,但存活子鼠尾长均缩短 ;孕后 6~ 8天照射和雌鼠照射后 1 5~ 2 8天受孕 ,雄性子鼠比例降低 ;雌鼠照射后 1 4天内及 1 5~ 2 8天受孕 ,子鼠体重均下降。辐射组死胎率和胚胎吸收率均较正常对照组增高 ,尤以雌鼠照射后 1 4~ 2 8天受孕最明显 ,分别为对照组的 5 2和 3 8倍。结果表明 ,雌性小鼠无论是受孕前 ,还是受孕后接受电磁脉冲照射均可影响妊娠和子代发育 Six to eight-week-old secondary female Kunming mice received 6 × 10 4 V / m electromagnetic pulses 6 to 8 days after conception. The rate of stillbirth and the rate of embryo uptake in the irradiated group were higher than those in the normal control group, especially the females were 14 to 28 days after inoculation, which were the most significant (52 and 38 times) respectively. The results showed that female mice both before pregnancy and after being exposed to electromagnetic pulse irradiation can affect pregnancy and offspring development
