小肠的节段性扩张和迪厄拉富瓦病变不常见,却是胃肠道出血的重要原因。这种情况在成人中报道较多,但也能发生于儿童。笔者陈述了1例因溃疡性迪厄拉富瓦病变造成的胃肠道出血同时伴有特发性回肠扩张的男孩。先前末见报道同时存在这两种损害的病例。
Segmental dilatation of the small intestine and Diora Laver tile lesions are not common, but it is an important cause of gastrointestinal bleeding. This situation is reported more in adults, but can also occur in children. The author states 1 case of gastrointestinal bleeding caused by ulcerative Diorafoyva lesions accompanied by a boy with idiopathic ileum dilatation. It has previously been reported that there are both cases of damage.
