由于我国在实行高校扩招政策的同时未能给予高校足够的经费保障,同时银行盲目放贷问题的出现,使得高校筹资风险变大。本文从分析高校筹资的主要来源及成因入手,进而提出有效的对策来防范控制筹资风险,以促进高校稳定和谐可持续发展。 Due to the fact that our country did not provide adequate funding for colleges and universities while implementing the policy of enrollment expansion in colleges and universities, and the emergence of bank lending blindly, the risk of fund-raising in colleges and universities has become larger. This article starts with analyzing the main sources and causes of university fund-raising, and then puts forward effective countermeasures to prevent and control the financing risks so as to promote the stable, harmonious and sustainable development of colleges and universities.
