森林经营方案执行情况检查与评定是森林经营方案实施管理的重要组成部分,是宏观调控林业政策、强化森林资源管理的必要手段,同时也是提高企业森林经营水平的有效措施,本文采用模糊数学的综合评审法,对森林经营方案执行情况的评定方法进行了较为深入的研究,形成了一套较为完整的评定方法,为全国“森林经营方案执行情况检查与评定办法”的制订提供依据,并通过实例加以说明。
